Are you a startup? Small company? Individual? The Streaming Video Alliance Membership Grant Program might be your way into collaborating with some of the industry’s brightest minds solving the critical challenges in online video today. Just download the appropriate application (by clicking the red button), fill it out, and send it into (along with required supporting documentation for companies). Applications are reviewed from September to November each year and Principal Membership grants are awarded in December. Note that you can only receive one grant.

Grant Program Application Process

For Companies

Applying for the Streaming Video Alliance Grant Program is easy:

  1. Download the appropriate grant application using the buttons to the right.
  2. Fill out the application and email it to with the required financial documentation (companies only)
  3. Applications will be accepted from September 1st through October 31st.
  4. Applications will be reviewed from November 1st through December 1st.
  5. Award notifications will be made in early December and then announced publicly in mid December.

Companies applying for the grant program can not have over $1.5M in annual revenues and must provide documentation indicating such.
